Our inventory is updated by our warehousing and logistics unit several times a day.
You can cancel your order by going to "My Order", or by contacting our service team by phone.
On receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation and your order number by email. You will also be able to retrieve your order in our online shop under "My Order".
It is possible, however, you have to take into account that some of the items you sold to your customer in the morning may no longer be available for delivery by noon. By collecting items in your shopping basket you don't reserve them. We therefore we recommend sending off your orders as soon as possible.
